Asset Management Training

Asset management training teaches participants to think strategically about the entire portfolio as well as to establish initiatives that will ensure that all assets are viable for the long-term. Training includes tips on assessing developments and neighborhoods, compiling demographic data, performing market studies, identifying the highest and best use for each property, and identifying strategic initiatives to ensure long-term viability.

Public Housing Training

This comprehensive training session includes all aspects of public housing management including eligibility, admissions, occupancy, recertification, inspection, maintenance, PHAS reporting, and customer service. This training is aimed at communicating the ever-changing rules and regulations as well as developing improved property management skills.

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Training

This comprehensive training session includes all aspects of Section 8 program administration including eligibility, admissions, occupancy, recertification, inspection, owner relations, SEMAP reporting, and customer service. This training is aimed at communicating the ever-changing rules and regulations as well as developing effective program administration skills.

Resident Council Training

This comprehensive training session includes instruction for Resident Council members and leaders on rules and regulations, teambuilding, leadership, accountability and control, and rules and regulations regarding Resident Councils. This training is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of Resident Councils by defining roles and responsibilities of the council, its leaders, and its members.

Customer Service Training

This training program focuses exclusively on developing and improving customer services skills. This training is aimed at communicating techniques that will improve utilization and effectiveness by providing a higher level of service to the customer.
